When a Client lost her new job offer with the NHS because of a incorrect reference, we advised that action was possible. Empower Services handled the case and a £4,000 out of court settlement was agreed to the 100% satisfaction of the Client.
When a Client was made redundant after 16 Years loyal service to the company for years and an excellent worker and chosen for redundancy above others. He was offered £1,000 to drop his claim for unfair dismissal. Empower Services handled the case and the Company was forced to pay £28,500 to settle.

When a Client was being hassled for a £7,000 Debt, he was threatened with charging his property , a Warrant of Execution,Bailiffs and even bankruptcy.Plus he received over 100 phone calls and a number of letters from Solicitors. Empower Services handled the case and the Company dropped the case plus the Client received £500 for their costs.
When a Clients Child was maltreated at their school despite his outstanding talents and abilities, His Mother was even threatened with Social Services and the removal of the child. The Mother was shocked, confused and in tears and at a complete loss. Empower Services handled the case and within weeks the Head Teacher decided to take early retirement.
When a Client was facing the threat of the sack for their alleged misconduct at work . Empower Services handled the case and negotiated a voluntary severance package with a good reference to the 100% satisfaction of the Client.
Empower Services took one of the UK 6 top Energy Companies to Court for harassment. The company spent £33,627 trying to defend the case. They lost and had to pay £2,500 damages.

When Client was facing Bailiff Action for thousands of pounds of Council Tax Arrears and feeling literally suicidal, Empower Services was able to intervene challenge and stop enforcement action and ensure thousands of pounds of backdated benefit support was paid to the client alongside an affordable council tax payment plan.

When a Client was pursued for a non exist debt by an established debt collection agency who abandoned the case after three years, Empower Services still recovered over £750 awarded by the Small Claims Court from the Agency for their totally unreasonable behaviour. They were ordered to pay within 14 days and do so having been warned, Empower Services would file for their statutory bankruptcy had they failed to do so.

When Client were faced with over £17,000 of costs and a Penal Order from the High Court owing to a failure of their properly commissioned Solicitor to represent them in a Property & Trusts Matter, Empower Services was able to intervene, get the deadline to respond extended and ensure the new deadline was met preventing any attempt for a Penal Order to be imposed.

Members of Empower Services joined forces with one of the most successful educational charities in the country to set up a community led free school in one of the areas affected by the Riots of 2011. Now it has over 1,000 pupils and has been running for 12 years and is rated OUTSTANDING in every single category following its last inspection.
